OUR SERVICES
PCA/CFSS
Self-directed Personal Care Assistance (PCA) services are available for both children and adults. PCA can assist with various activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, transfers, mobility, positioning, and toileting. For adults, additional support includes light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
PCA services are available both at home and in the community for individuals with, but not limited to, the following needs:
- Autism
- Senior care
- Community Residential Services (CRS)
245D
Waivered Programs
Anas Home Health Care is a 245D licensed provider offering a range of services, including respite care, homemaker support, Individual Community Living Support (ICLS), Individual Home Supports (IHS) without training, IHS with training, and night supervision services. For each 245D service, clients are able to choose a trusted, qualified worker who best fits their needs. For IHS with training, a qualified staff member is carefully matched to the client to ensure their specific needs are met. In all services, a dedicated 245D Service Coordinator from Anas Home Health Services will collaborate with the client and county case manager to establish and manage 245D Waivered Services.
